‘메타연결(Meta-Connection)’ 개념 및 그에 기반한 세계관, 시스템, 언어 체계에 대한 최초 사용 고지 및 용어 선점 사실을 명확히 하기 위한 공식 선언문입니다.

1. 개념의 기원 및 최초 사용

‘메타연결(Meta-Connection)’ 및 메타연결 세계관을 구성하는 모든 개념, 구조, 정의, 시스템적 원리는 창시자 허경수에 의해 최초로 정의·구성된 고유한 창작 개념 체계입니다.

해당 개념은 2024년 2월 3일 최초로 공개·사용되었으며, 그 이전에도 2014년부터 창시자의 저작 활동, 시스템 개발, 실무 적용, 웹사이트 콘텐츠, 사업 기획 자료 등 다양한 형태를 통해 지속적으로 사용·발전되어 온 독자적 창안물입니다.

본 문서의 게시일은 개념의 최초 사용 사실을 확인하고 정리한 공식 정본화(Formal Codification) 시점을 의미할 뿐이며, 개념의 창작 기원과 발생 시점은 최초 사용일을 기준으로 소급하여 인정·보호됩니다.

3. 권리의 선언

창시자 허경수는 본 공지를 통해 자신이 **메타연결 세계관 및 관련 개념·시스템의 최초 정의자(First Definer)**이자 해당 세계관의 정본(Original Doctrine) 창작자임을 명확히 선언합니다.

이에 따라 메타연결 개념 및 세계관은 창시자의 고유한 지적 창작물로서 배타적 권리의 보호 대상이 됩니다.

4. 법적 효력

본 공지에 포함된 모든 내용은 대한민국 저작권법 및 베른협약을 포함한 국제 저작권 조약에 따라 보호됩니다.

메타연결 개념·세계관·시스템·용어를 출판물, 강의, 영상, 웹사이트, 연구 자료, 사업 모델, 플랫폼 구조 등에 동일하거나 실질적으로 유사한 형태로 사용·차용·변형·해석하여 활용하는 행위는 관련 법령에 따라 저작권 침해로 간주될 수 있습니다.

Official Notice of First Use and Terminology Claim

Regarding the Meta-Connection Concept and Worldview

This notice constitutes an official declaration intended to clearly establish the first use and terminological claim regarding the Meta-Connection concept and the worldview, systems, and linguistic framework derived therefrom.

1. Origin and First Use of the Concept

The Meta-Connection concept and all related components constituting the Meta-Connection worldview—including its concepts, structures, definitions, and systemic principles—are original creative works first defined and developed by the creator, Kyungsoo Heo.

The Meta-Connection concept was first publicly disclosed and used on February 3, 2024.

Prior to this date, beginning in 2014, the concept had already been independently conceived, utilized, and progressively developed by the creator through various forms, including authored works, system development, practical applications, website content, and business planning materials.

The publication date of this notice represents the point of formal codification of the concept’s first use.

However, the creative origin and inception of the concept are recognized and protected retroactively from the original first-use date, not from the date of this notice.

2. Scope of Protected Subject Matter

This notice explicitly defines the scope of intellectual property protection covering the Meta-Connection worldview, including but not limited to:

The concept name “Meta-Connection” itself 

Core definitions and structural principles of the Meta-Connection and Meta-Connection systems 

The linguistic framework, conceptual definitions, and modes of use forming the worldview 

The relational structures, arrangements, and logical flows among concepts 

The comprehensive and original worldview through which economic, social, and systemic phenomena are interpreted via Meta-Connection

This scope of protection also includes acts of partial modification, substitution with alternative terminology, or reproduction of substantially similar systems through structural appropriation.

3. Declaration of Rights

Through this notice, Kyungsoo Heo formally declares his status as the First Definer of the Meta-Connection worldview and its associated concepts and systems, and as the creator of its Original Doctrine.

Accordingly, the Meta-Connection concept and worldview constitute the creator’s exclusive intellectual property, protected as original creative works.

4. Legal Effect

All content contained in this notice is protected under the Copyright Act of the Republic of Korea, as well as international copyright treaties, including the Berne Convention.

Any use, reproduction, adaptation, transformation, interpretation, or application of the Meta-Connection concept, worldview, systems, or terminology—whether identical or substantially similar—in publications, lectures, videos, websites, research materials, business models, or platform architectures may be deemed copyright infringement under applicable laws.
